Are you a startup, inventor, or entrepreneur trying to develop or commercialize an innovative product or service? If so, the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs could be a good funding option for you. This $2.2 billion seed fund is available for small businesses to research and develop innovative solutions for our nation’s most pressing problems.

Join us Thursday, November 29 from 2-3 pm for a no-cost, online workshop designed to help you learn about:

  • How the SBIR & STTR programs work
  • Grant eligibility requirements
  • Which agencies participate and might be a good fit for your innovation
  • Wyoming resources available to small businesses and entrepreneurs

This workshop is presented by Kelly Haigler Cornish, Wyoming SBIR/STTR Initiative Program Manager. She is a member of the Women in Math, Science, and Engineering Advisory Board and a Certified Technology Commercialization Counselor with the Small Business Administration. Kelly has 10 years of experiencing helping Wyoming small businesses apply for and successfully receive grant money through the SBIR and STTR programs.
