Business Model Canvas

The Business Model Canvas is made up of 9 building blocks showing the logic of how a company intends to deliver value and make money.  It can be used for both new and existing businesses. Participants will walk away with a working knowledge of the Business Model Canvas and why the entrepreneurship/startup/innovation literature is going away from the “Business Plan” in the initial stages, and leaning into models such as this.

Presenter:  Kyle Trumble – Entrepreneur.  Educator.  Enthusiast. – Kyle is the current program manager for Student Support Services and an adjunct/former instructor of entrepreneurship at CWC.  He received his Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in economics from Flagler College, and his MBA from the University of Wyoming.  He is a team member of the Wind River Start Up Challenge and collaborates with organizations across the state on business model generation and geospatial market research.  He is interested in fishing, board sports, food, travel, and is curious about the intersections of the physical, life, and management sciences.  His current pursuits include grant writing, becoming a “flow state” coach, and earning a certificate in breath work.
