Business ideas don’t exist in a vacuum, it is vital to understand the external environment as you design, test, and modify your business model. The Business Model Design Space provides a comprehensive and visual way to organize market research, examine the competitive landscape, and clarify the field which you are choosing to play. Join us on July 26th @ 11am for a hands-on, interactive session on how to use this valuable tool, and how it fits into the Business Model Generation framework suite for building innovative companies.
