A good job aid can prevent costly errors, standardize complex processes, and help employees navigate new software with confidence. Presenter:  Bridget Manley is vice president and lead instructional designer at Ascendant Design and Training, an eLearning and EdTech company based in Laramie. She co-founded the business in August 2020 with her husband, Daniel Patterson, a software systems developer with 30+ years of multidisciplinary experience. Bridget has a background in online training for compliance and manufacturing. Her areas of expertise include visual design, accessibility, and adult learning theory.
