Part 3:  Improving Your Profit: Making Better Decisions That Help Drive Your Profits Through Improved Productivity – Clients want to drive a bigger bottom line but focusing on departmental profit and expense percentages may cause them to miss significant opportunities to improve results and build business value.  Productivity metrics quantify how efficiently they drive revenue and profit from their most valuable resources.  In this session we will use productivity metrics and benchmarks to measure just how much more profit they would earn if they met their productivity targets. We will also explore strategies for improving productivity for a property.
