Protect Your Technology and Your Business From Hackers

Tech companies have all the same cybersecurity risks as other small businesses and need to be proactive to protect assets. However, they need to take additional pre-emptive steps since intellectual property (IP) is often a target of cybercriminals. The Wyoming SBDC Network is offering a two-part webinar series to help tech-based business prepare.

In the first webinar, Certified Ethical Hacker Jim Drever will be sharing the simple things you can do as a small business owner to protect your sensitive business data.

In the follow-on webinar, Jim will provide additional detailed steps you need to take to secure your trade secrets, research data, and other intellectual property from malicious attackers.

Wyoming small businesses will have an opportunity to work one-on-one with Jim to make sure their business data, research data, and intellectual property are protected before they apply for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) funding and after they receive funding.
