Online Training

COVID-19 has come with limitations and opportunities for business owners across the industry spectrum. One major opportunity has been the push needed to dive in and create an online sales platform. This course will guide retailers and brands of both physical and digital products through the process of creating a beautiful online store, optimizing product descriptions, understanding order management, and so much more!

  • Part 1 will cover the basics of your store setup – how to create a store, how to add products, and how to design your digital storefront.
  • Part 2 will cover more in-depth settings of your store. We’ll personalize your notifications, set up shipping information, and make sure you can get paid. We can even make a test sale to make sure everything runs smoothly prior to your launch!

Please note, we will use the eCommerce platform Shopify to learn these essentials. You will receive an email up to a week before the first session to ensure you have time to prepare needed materials by the time of our first session. All skills learned in this process will be applicable to other platforms but as this course requires some homework and hands on examples, using one platform will simplify the learning process.
