She has worked in a variety of roles including medical records, quality improvement, infection control, medical staff services, healthcare compliance and human resources. She is the owner of Beech Creative Group, has over 15 years of human resources experience and is a SHRM Certified Professional. Kara has a passion for helping others and founded the High Desert Human Resources Association. In her spare time, she manages Sweetwater Speedway, a dirt circle track in Rock Springs that brings race car drivers in from all over the United States.
