From Idea to Compelling Business Model

Do you have an idea for a small business and are curious about how to make it a reality?

Join the WY Small Business Development Center at the Teton County Library in Jackson on Thursday May 7th to discover how to take the next step in your adventure.

In this session you will be introduced to the Business Model Canvas framework, a tool designed to help entrepreneurs create a clear picture of their concept, and be able to convey it to others. Topics covered include; feasibility, desirability, viability, customer segments, channels, key resources, etc. Be prepared to put in the work.

This is an active workshop and participants will leave with:

• A first draft of their business model
• The confidence to refine and create new business models
• Increased awareness of resources available to entrepreneurs through the Wyoming SBDC Network.
