Join the Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network and the Wyoming Library to Business program at the Powell Library for a workshop on Google Maps, formerly Google My Business. You can easily increase your small business’s visibility on Google Maps by maintaining your business profile. Your Google Maps profile leads customers directly to your door. An updated profile can increase customer engagement and reduce frustration over outdated information.

In this workshop we will explore the following topics:

• Update business information
• Use the Offers, Events, and Updates features to get noticed
• Discuss what customers want to see on your About page
• Learn to link your website and social media pages
• Use Google reviews to learn and adapt to customer needs
