If you launched your e-commerce shop during your response to the COVID-19 pandemic but haven’t seen the traffic you anticipated, or you would simply like to grow the amount of traffic you are already getting, join us for this content strategy webinar! This webinar will guide e-commerce entrepreneurs through the process of learning about their data, creating a content calendar based on analytics, and crafting a content strategy that resonates with their audience. Which, in turn, can generate more sales and nurture customer loyalty.

Gabaccia is the founder of Biz Better, a conscious creative consulting agency with a passion for ethical business practices. Starting her first business at age 16, a children’s clothing boutique, gave her an understanding of market and business far beyond the simple eye. Gabaccia has also worked in retail sales and operations for multiple national and international brands, now for over 15 years in multiple roles. These days her focus is set on content creation, digital marketing, and business consulting. She enjoys providing entrepreneurs with the tools that best organize their workload, facilitating process improvement, and helping create tech-forward, sustainable, and inclusive cultures within companies.

Please note, we will use the eCommerce platform Shopify to learn these essentials. You will receive an email up to a week before the session to ensure you have time to prepare needed materials. All skills learned in this process will be applicable to other platforms but as this course requires some homework and hands on examples, using one platform will simplify the learning process.
