Join special guest Tyler Ross of JTR Excavation as she presents on certified payroll for government contracting, a requirement for all contractors working on federally funded projects.

Presenter: Tyler Ann Ross is a Partner/Member of JTR Excavation LLC which is a registered 8(a) minority owned small business out of Casper, WY, which was started in 2014.  Her experience and background is in Accounting for the last 26 years working for a wide variety of companies including engineering, sub- contractors/builders, CPA’s, non-profits, municipalities, etc.  She married a Wyoming Native who is the majority owner of JTR Excavation LLC.  She loves Wyoming, even the cold winters because the cold temperatures kill all the bugs.  She is not a big fan of bugs.  She is a fan of spending time in the mountains & enjoys being around family.
