NSF supports research and development of deep technologies – those that are based on discoveries in fundamental science and engineering.

NSF offers $2 Million in Phase I/Phase II funding to do your research and development. This webinar will describe and differentiate the NSF SBIR and STTR programs, and also compare it with other SBIR/STTR agencies. It also will address unique and recent features of the NSF programs and will conclude with some advice on preparing and submitting a Phase I NSF SBIR or STTR proposal.

Presented By: Jim Greenwood. Jim and Gail Greenwood have been teaching firms how to write competitive technical and cost proposals for funding and offering assistance including draft proposal reviews and brainstorming on proposal strategy and content. They have now taught thousands of entrepreneurs in 48 states and Puerto Rico. Sponsors of these workshops include Federal Laboratories, Universities and Colleges, and Small Business Development Centers. They also are regular instructors of Phase I and Phase II proposal preparation workshops at national and regional conferences.
