Upping Your Email Game to Meet Today’s Business Challenges:  As face-to-face communication with our customers, suppliers, and colleagues continues
to be curtailed, digital communication has become an even more vital business tool.  This webinar focuses on hands-on tips to make your emails stand out, craft effective persuasive messages and requests, and present a professional and engaging email presence. Sure, you’ve been using email for years (or decades), but have you used the medium effectively to pursue and meet your business goals? This lively webinar presents ready-to-use tips you can start using immediately.

A note: This webinar focuses generally on one-on-one email communication, not email marketing, although the strategies presented can certainly be used to craft more effective email marketing messages aimed directly at your customers.
